The annual business meeting for the Society is called for 1:00 p.m. Saturday, October 26 in Sperry Hall of the Harvard Divinity School, 45 Francis Avenue in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Members will be asked to ratify the incorporation of the Society, authorized at the annual meeting in 1962 and since voted by the council. Members will be asked to adopt the bi-laws far the corporation and to elect officers.
The text of the proposed by-laws will be printed in the October newsletter. The council will nominate present officers of the Society to be elected as officers of the newly incorporated Society for the remainder of 1963.
At the business meeting, members will be asked to make provision for election by mail, of officers to servo terms beginning January 1964.
